At Inspire Counselling & Psychotherapy, I am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore their emotions, overcome obstacles, and achieve personal growth. My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and acceptance, giving you the space to explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of criticism or judgement.

I am passionate about working in a person-centred modality, which acknowledges people as individuals; supporting them while they explore, identify, and overcome challenges and problems.
At its core the Person-Centred perspective views everyone with the drive and ability to create the change they seek in their lives. The role of the counsellor is to create an environment which will support and assist the client on their journey of self-discovery.
