Testimonials

Charlotte

Through a number of sessions, Elaine's support has been invaluable in helping me deal with issues from past trauma, gender dysphoria, body dysmorphia, imposter syndrome, survivors guilt, and other difficulties that have gotten me down. This has helped me break down some very heavy emotions from past experiences and realize a way forward.

Lucy

My counselling sessions with Elaine have been very important to my wellbeing. Elaine is incredibly understanding and thoughtful, she always listens with care to whatever is on my mind and helps untangle my thoughts and feelings. Overall, our sessions have been a lifeline and I wouldn't be where I am today without Elaine's support.

J

Elaine facilitates a safe and open counselling environment, an environment where anything can be discussed, whether it is good, bad or indifferent. If I have anything on my mind, no matter how major or insignificant, I can get it out in the open. Elaine lets me lead, she offers questions and feedback from an outside perspective, which can lead to great breakthroughs in analysing whatever may be going on.

Sophia

Thank you very much for all you have done for me. You have helped me gain a sense of clarity and confidence which I never felt was possible.

I don't feel like I am struggling and I am so much happier. I am ready to face whatever life has in store for me next.
